WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

For eligible withdrawals unrelated to damage or an incorrect item, you can use our Cancel Contract form.
